We have natural fed and hormone free chickens raised in a combination of free range and protective fencing. The chickens are mainly Rhode Island Reds and Bard Plymouth Rocks that produce brown eggs. Our eggs are ODA approved.

Our bees are raised in a pesticide free area. They have access to our fruit trees, clover, flowers, vegetables, and mimosa tree. Although bees travel a radius of six miles they don't have to go far to enjoy what is in their backyard.

We are raising special bred steer to finish on grass. They are primarily Angus with a small percentage of Gelbveih ( pronounced gelp-fee). The gelbvieh is a German multi purpose cattle that matures early. Gifts of life farmstead is an ODA approved meat warehouse.

We are proud to be raising Kiko goats. Kiko goats originate from New Zealand. They are a hearty breed. Our goats are naturally fed on a combination of pastures and hay.

We are breeding our herd and we will have meat available for sale starting in the late fall of 2014.

Our pigs have been raised naturally in an open environment free of hormones. We have various cuts of meat available.

Our gardens consist of our fruit trees (apple, peaches, pears, and figs), herbs and vegetables. There is a grape arbor and wild blackberries.

We don't use any pesticides on our trees or garden. Everything is grown naturally. We typically have beans, tomatoes, swiss chard, kale, squash, garlic, turnips, beets, and asparagus.

Generally we only have the garlic and squash available for sale.

Part of our garden is herbs. They are usually cilantro, parsley, basil, oregano, sage, dill, rosemary, thyme, tarragon, and lavender.

Late summer 2014 we will have lavender for sale.
